• Onboarding & Maintenance of employees personal files, Records, Database.
• Must have knowledge and experience in the core HR functions
• Statutory compliances like ESIC, PF, etc

Required Candidate profile

• Exp. in BPO is must
• Min 2 years of progressive hands on experience in end-to-end HR Operations.
• Excellent communication skills both oral and written
• Effective Team management skills.
