A majority of the customers are first-time home buyers and finds it challenging to deal with bigger financial institutions for their home loan requirements. Loan amounts for these homes typically vary between 5 to 50 lakhs.

Our Head-Office is in Mumbai and we have a presence in 65+ cities, with 70+ Branches, across 11 states. We have clocked 50,000+ home loans for customers with informal documentation and have been able to secure an A+ Rating (ICRA). Our current AUM is 3000+ Cr. with a steady CAGR of 60%!

Job Responsibility

Responsible for achieving branch level sales target of Home Loan and LAP by managing end to end process of sourcing, credit checks and disbursals

Leading a team of RMs and CSMs

Market development by onboarding of new channel partners and sourcing business from builders, DSAs and Connectors

Striving to create a niche product by venturing into high ticket size market and tapping the underserviced segment leftover from banks

Implementing unique BTL marketing campaigns to add channels NPA sales and direct customer interaction

Collections management and resolutions by selling out NPA flats
