Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree is a mandate.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Reports to: AM/OM - Operations
Job Summary: The Team Leader Operations will be responsible for leading a team of operations staff to ensure that daily operations are executed efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate should have experience in managing teams, be able to communicate clearly and effectively, and be committed to continuous improvement. Will be working in US shifts with US Public holidays. Committed to working from Home with ability to work from office if required.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead a team of operations staff, including hiring, training, and coaching team members.
Ensure that daily operations are executed efficiently and effectively, and that service levels are met or exceeded.
Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
Monitor performance metrics and conduct performance evaluations for team members.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and develop strategies to implement changes.
