Job Description

Responsibilities:

Online Channels Management: Oversee and maintain the organization's online channels, including the website, social media platforms, and other digital platforms.
Create and schedule engaging content for social media channels to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Monitor online performance metrics and analyze data to make informed recommendations for improvement.

Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors for the organization's products and services.
Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with vendors to ensure favorable arrangements for the organization.
Maintain positive and professional relationships with vendors, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.

Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the Operations Manager, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing travel arrangements.
Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as required.
Assist with managing budgets and processing expenses.

Process Improvement: Collaborate with the Operations Manager to identify areas of improvement in operational processes and suggest effective solutions.
Implement process changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Data Analysis and Reporting: Compile and analyze data related to operations, online channels, and vendor performance.
Prepare regular reports for management, highlighting key performance indicators and suggesting actionable insights.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with different departments and teams to ensure smooth communication and coordination of operational activities. Assist in coordinating interdepartmental projects and initiatives.

Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure that operational activities align with company policies, procedures, and regulations.

To plan, organize and control the production in a Manufacturing set-up and ensure that goods are produced efficiently, on time, within budget and to standard. Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities plan a production schedule for the job

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience in managing online channels, including social media platforms.
  • Demonstrated skills in vendor management and negotiation.
  • Strong analytical abilities with the capacity to analyze data and draw meaningful insights.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in project management and process improvement initiatives.
  • Familiarity with marketing and branding concepts.
  • Knowledge of relevant software tools for online channel management and data analysis.
