Job Description

Flexsin is hiring Senior Business Development Manager for Software Services. The incumbment will be responsible for driving the growth of new client acquisition, and will play a crucial role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding client base. The primary focus will be on generating leads, nurturing relationships, and closing deals with potential clients across the Globe.
Responsibilities:
  • Getting business through multiple channels of new cleint acquisition.
  • Selling Software Services in the international clients.
  • Drafting proposals.
  • Collecting and analyzing the projects business requirements and transferring the same knowledge to the marketing team.
  • Negotiating with project stakeholders.
  • Preparing invoices and payment collection after milestone and project deliveries.
  • Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients.
  • Proven working experience as a business development executive/manager role in an IT services company.
  • Collecting and analyzing the projects business requirements and transferring the same knowledge to the Marketing team.
  • Commercial planning and meeting sales targets on time.
REQUIRED SKILLS /EXPERIENCE:
  • Should carry atleast 10+ years of experience in Business Development field in Software Services.
  • Candidate must have bachelors degree in Technology (B.Tech) or bachelors degree in Computer Applications (BCA).
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, manage multiple projects, and drive results.
  • Effective verbal and written communication for client interactions, presentations, and negotiations.
  • Expertise in closing deals, managing complex sales cycles, and negotiating high-value contracts.
  • Ability to develop strategic plans, analyze market data, and solve complex business challenges.
  • Experienced with CRM systems and other business development tools to manage client relationships and track progress.
  • Strong capability to interpret market data, evaluate performance metrics, and make informed decisions.
  • Effective at managing multiple priorities, meeting deadlines, and ensuring the successful execution of business initiatives.
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions, embrace new ideas, and drive innovation within the business development function.
