- Source, screen, and recruit candidates for various positions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective recruitment strategies.
- Conduct interviews (phone and in-person) to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
- Coordinate with candidates through the hiring process and maintain communication to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Maintain and update the candidate database, track recruitment metrics, and generate reports as needed.
- Conduct background checks and reference checks on selected candidates.
- Assist in onboarding and ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Stay up-to-date with trends in recruitment and the job market.
