Job Description

Qualifications Candidate should meet the following minimum requirements: Run capture on new business opportunities Lead strategic capture efforts throughout the research of customer, competition & market trend Focus on proactive, analyze, identify & target qualified opportunity. Be creative to standout without being harassment for customer Perform market analysis, identify opportunities, develop and execute capture plans, and monitor competitor activity for each capture Ability to work with executives and clients Conduct competitive analysis to develop competitive solutions Track records in winning competitive services procurement Have some idea of procurement/ bidding process Demonstrated exp. in identifying clients needs, ability to address client needs Reviewing & evaluating RFP requirements to support Bid/No Bid decisions EDUCATION & TRAINING UG: Any Graduate in Any Specialization PG: Any Postgraduate in Any Specialization KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE . Ability to study and quickly understand Company's service and product offerings and Customers - business requirements - Ability to anticipate detailed requirements from high-level ones, highlight and address key areas - Excellent communication & presentation skills - Strong written and oral English language skills at a - native language- proficiency level Personal Characteristics: - Excellent communication skills. - Fast learner and open to new ways of doing things.
