Job Description

:

Generating leads yourself and Setting up meetings with potential clients.

Negotiation quotation and convert deals in Order. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentation on products and services.

Gather feedback from customers or prospects and generate referral client.

Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities.

Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.

Understanding the products and services provided by the customer.

Resolving customer complaints and queries.

Providing detailed information to customers.

Following up with customers for any further information.

Maintaining records of each phone call for future reference.

Conducting quality assurance surveys with customers.

Maintaining a healthy relationship with the clients.

Maintaining a pleasant working environment for your team.

 

Requirements:

Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills.

Computer skills.

Personal Vehicle and Laptop is mandatory
