Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Payroll Processing: Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll, including salary calculations, deductions, benefits administration, and compliance with statutory regulations.
- Attendance Management: Maintain employee attendance records, monitor leave applications, and ensure adherence to company attendance policies.
- F&F Processing: Handle full & final settlements of departing employees, including clearance formalities, gratuity calculations, and exit documentation.
- Statutory Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws, tax regulations, provident fund (PF), employee state insurance (ESI), and other statutory obligations.
- Employee Support: Address payroll-related queries, resolve discrepancies, and provide assistance on salary structures, deductions, and reimbursements.
- MIS & Reporting: Generate and maintain HR reports related to payroll, attendance, and employee settlements for internal and compliance purposes.
