Job Description

Executive Assistant to MD:

• Graduate in Commerce or Management.
• Prefer someone that has an experience with being a secretary or PA or EA to director or MD of a company.
• Male or Female is fine.
• Prefer someone that is settled in family-life & has proper background of family support in Mumbai/Navi Mumbai.
• Must have a very good command over English.
• Presentable to be able to address clients.
• Speed of work in MS Office Excel Sheets,
• Google Sheets must be good.
• A knowledge of PPT is important.
• (A basic knowledge of Photoshop/CorelDraw is preferred although not a necessity).
• Experience in Travel bookings, Visa, applications & other co-ordinations for directors.
• Good skills to handle co-ordination on Google or apple calendar for Director.
• Skills to multi task with MDs schedules.
• Prefer someone that is settled in family-life & has proper background of family support in Mumbai/Navi Mumbai.
• Able to travel locally to Sewri Office-showroom or to clients in Mumbai.

Experience 4 to 8 years

Salary offered - 3 lacs to 4.5 lacs CTC
