Job Description

- Staff Supervision: Direct and oversee the work of restaurant staff, including servers and support staff.
- Training: Provide training and guidance to ensure staff understand and adhere to service standards.
- Shift Management: Coordinate daily activities during shifts to maintain smooth restaurant operations.
- Customer Interaction: Interact with customers, address concerns, and ensure a positive dining experience.
- Order Management: Oversee order processing, ensuring accuracy and timely communication with the kitchen.
- Inventory Control: Monitor and manage inventory levels, including restocking and minimizing waste.
- Health and Safety Compliance: Enforce health and safety regulations to maintain a safe environment.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure food and service quality meet established standards.
- Problem Resolution: Address and resolve issues that may arise during daily operations.
- Reporting: Provide reports on daily activities, sales, and any incidents to higher management.
