Roles & Responsibilities

1. Customer Service:

  • Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant.
  • Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about food and beverages.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders from customers and relay them to the kitchen staff.

2. Order Serving:

  • Serve food and drinks to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensure that orders are accurate and match customer preferences.
  • Monitor and anticipate guest needs, ensuring a seamless dining experience.

3. Table Maintenance:

  • Set and reset tables according to restaurant standards.
  • Ensure tables are clean and properly set before guests are seated.
  • Clear and clean tables between courses and after guests leave.

4. Billing and Payment:

  • Present the bill to customers and handle payment transactions accurately.
  • Provide assistance with payment-related inquiries and offer a positive closing experience for guests.

5. Product Knowledge:

  • Stay informed about the menu, including daily specials and promotions.
  • Be knowledgeable about ingredients, preparation methods, and any allergens present in the menu items.

6. Communication:

  • Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to provide efficient and cohesive service.

7. Adherence to Standards:

  • Follow established restaurant procedures, including hygiene and service standards.

Uphold cleanliness and sanitation in the dining area
