Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end mortgage loans from lead generation to disbursement, ensuring timely processing and customer satisfaction.
Develop strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional service, resolving queries promptly, and addressing concerns effectively.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues related to loan processing, documentation, and legal documentation.
Maintain accurate records of all transactions, updates customers on application status, and ensures seamless communication throughout the process.
