Business Development Associate Healthcare Partnerships

About ImpactGuru:
ImpactGuru.com is Indias leading healthcare crowdfunding platform, helping patients raise funds for critical medical expenses. Recognized for its social impact, we partner with hospitals and doctors to enable life-saving treatments.

Role Overview:
We seek a dynamic Business Development professional to onboard hospitals, diagnostic centers, and doctors, driving patient referrals and crowdfunding campaigns for critical illnesses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and manage partnerships with hospitals and doctors for patient referrals.
• Create and oversee digital crowdfunding campaigns.
• Lead and expand the Business Development & Partnerships team across India.
• Drive new alliances across medical verticals.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Content, PR, Communications).
• Set and track revenue and partnership goals.
• Provide market insights for product and strategy enhancement.

Requirements:

• 0-4 years of experience in Business Development or B2C sales, preferably in healthcare.
• Proven ability to source, negotiate, and close deals independently.
• Startup experience in health-tech/medical domains is a plus.
• Willingness to travel for business.
