Job Description
Position: Senior Salesforce Developer
Responsibilities:
1. Working with the Salesforce Architecture and Design:
- Lead the design and architecture of Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and scalability.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
2. Development and Customization:
- Utilize Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC) to develop customized solutions that meet business needs.
- Implement and maintain complex Salesforce functionalities, including but not limited to workflows, process builder, and validation rules.
3. Sales and Service Cloud Expertise:
- Demonstrate expertise in configuring and optimizing Sales and Service Cloud functionalities to enhance user experience.
- Provide guidance on best practices for implementing Sales and Service Cloud solutions.
4. Integration:
- Design and implement seamless integrations between Salesforce and other systems using REST, SOAP, or other integration technologies.
- Ensure data integrity and security during integration processes.
5. Omni Studio:
- Leverage Omni Studio for designing end-to-end business processes and creating guided user experiences.
- Implement solutions that streamline and automate business processes using Omni Studio components.
6. CI/CD and DevOps:
- Establish and optimize CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce applications.
- Implement DevOps best practices, and work with tools such as Copado to facilitate continuous integration, delivery, and deployment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Senior Developer/Lead (7+ years hands-on experience on Salesforce platform) with a focus on Sales and Service Cloud. Auto Cloud would be a plus.
- Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and OmniStudio.
- Experience with Salesforce integration using REST, SOAP, and other technologies.
- Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps practices; Copado experience is a plus.
- Salesforce certifications are highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
