Job Description
Job Summary : We are looking for a skilled Draftsman to assist in designing and drafting layout plans for branch offices across various locations. The role involves creating precise architectural and interior layouts for new branches, renovations, and relocations, ensuring alignment with company standards, compliance, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare layout drawings for new branches, branch renovations, and relocations using AutoCAD software.
- Interpret architectural and interior design requirements based on business needs.
- Work closely with project managers, safety team, and admin/procurement teams to finalize branch layouts.
- Incorporate branding, security, and customer flow considerations into branch layouts.
- Ensure all drawings adhere to local building codes, safety norms, and internal guidelines.
- Maintain and update a repository of branch layout designs and documentation.
- Conduct site visits (if required) to take measurements or assess space feasibility.
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Civil/Architectural Drafting, Interior Design, or a related field.
- 25 years of experience in layout drafting, preferably in the banking or NBFC sector.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar drafting/design software.
- Understanding of commercial space planning, ergonomics, and compliance.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
Must required:
- Experience working in a multi-branch environment (retail, banking, NBFC).
- Familiarity with vendor coordination or project execution support.
