Job Description
Role & responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines and automation workflows to support fast, reliable, and secure delivery of agentic AI applications.
- Build and maintain infrastructure components, including container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes), monitoring/logging, and system health management.
- Collaborate closely with the Engineering Lead Operations, AI engineers, and system integrators to ensure consistent system behavior and streamlined deployment processes.
- Implement DevOps best practices for hybrid environments (cloud/on-prem), including environment provisioning, configuration management, and infrastructure-as-code.
- Integrate agentic AI components with existing enterprise systems such as MES, ERP, and SCADA platforms.
- Support security, compliance, and reliability requirements by embedding appropriate controls into development and operational workflows.
- Diagnose and resolve infrastructure issues, performance bottlenecks, and system failures in collaboration with global teams.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and on-premise deployment strategies.
- Proficiency in DevOps tools and technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, GitLab/GitHub CI, and monitoring stacks (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana).
- Strong scripting and coding skills (e.g., Python, Bash, Go), with experience in backend system integration.
- Familiarity with industrial IT environments (MES, ERP, SCADA) and hybrid IT landscapes is a strong plus.
- Experience deploying and maintaining large-scale distributed systems in production environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills, operational mindset, and ability to work effectively in cross-functional, international teams.
- Excellent communication skills in English and a proactive, collaborative attitude.
