Job Description

Role Cloud DevOps Engineer.
  • Location Noida and Gurgaon.
  • Notice Immediate Joiner.
  • Detailed - Proactively monitor availability and performance of the client application and infrastructure using key tools effectively and quickly respond to monitoring alerts, incident tickets, and email requests coming to us/team.- Perform infrastructure, application and web site troubleshooting to quickly resolve the issues.- Escalate issues as needed to Product Engineering / Client teams.- Handling communication and notification on major site issues to the management team.- Document resolution run books and standard operating procedures.- Works on incidents, analyzes application issues/logs , does impact analysis and post-incident reviews.- Participates and provides feedback during design discussions.- Experience with build automation and CICD.- Work towards the reduction of toil on a day-to-day basis through automation of repeated jobs , develops tools to improve efficiency , enhances the knowledge base.- Handles/manages projects.- Ready to work in shifts.
  • Primary Key skills - Hands-on Cloud experience on AWS, Azure.- Understanding of 3-tier production architecture.- Linux OS administration, Support, Performance optimizations, Troubleshooting, Security and hardening of OS.- Tomcat, Websphere, JBoss.- Apache, Nginx, Jetty, Node.- Scripting (bash, groovy, perl, python etc.- Java applications troubleshooting and deployments.- Good knowledge of CI-CD, Azure DevOps, Git.- Hands-on experience Jenkins and Octopus Deploy.- Alfresco CMS.- Hands-on experience on CloudFront / Cloudflare / Akamai / CDN.- Hands-on experience on working with Web Application Firewall, Security Certificates, SSL.- Strong concepts of Infrastructure, Networking, VM's, VPN, Subnets, Gateways, DNS, Active Directory.- Good knowledge and experience in SRE.- Hands-on with monitoring tools like Datadog, NewRelic, Site24x7, Pingdom, AppDynamics.- Knowledge of databases.Experience 5-7 Years
