We are inviting passionate and driven MBA students (HR specialization) to join our dynamic HR team at Skilviu Soft Solutions LLP for a part-time internship. This is an excellent opportunity to gain real-world HR experience while continuing your academic journey.

Job Details:

Qualification: Currently pursuing MBA with HR specialization

Experience: Fresher / Student

Type: Part-Time Internship (Unpaid)

Timings: Flexible working hours (Monday to Saturday)

Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office preferred)

Stipend: No stipend (Experience Certificate will be provided)

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in sourcing and screening candidates

Support the recruitment and onboarding process

Participate in employee engagement activities

Maintain and update HR documentation and records

Learn and support daily HR operations

Eligibility Criteria:

Currently enrolled in MBA (HR) 1st or 2nd year

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Eagerness to learn and grow in a real-time HR environment
