Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Data Scientist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analysing large, complex datasets to uncover insights, build predictive models, and support data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and business stakeholders to develop sand deploy machine learning models and data solutions that solve real-world problems.
Job Responsibilities:
- Data Scientists 4+ Year (Mandatory Skills)
- Model development (regression and classification), should have strong exp in performing EDA, Feature selection/Feature Reduction, building models and evaluate its performance
- Should have worked on Gen AI project
- Strong programming proficiency in python with mastery of datascience libraries Pandas, numpy and scikitlearn
- GCP (BQ, Vertex AI) or other equivalent cloud
- Visualization (Qliksense / Looker Studio / Power BI / Tableau)
- They should have thoughtfulness to improve the accuracy of the models to desirable level
- Experience in handling big datasets
- Ability to adapt new tools and techniques
- Strong Experience of interacting with clients to understand requirement, showcase the results and get appropriate feedback
- Strong Verbal and written communication skills.
- Good understanding of statistical concept
- Should be able to evaluate and bring in advanced techniques to enhance the value-add for the client
- Passion for innovation and continues drive to learn and stay updated on latest advancements in data science
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in Python for data science and ML.
- Strong hands on experience Gen AI, LLM, RAG.
- Proven ability in building and deploying regression and classification models.
- Hands-on experience with EDA, data cleaning, and feature engineering.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Matplotlib, Seaborn, Power BI, or Tableau).
