Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Analyst to join our analytics team and turn complex data into actionable insights. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in statistical analysis, business intelligence, and data storytelling to support strategic decisions and performance tracking across key business areas.
Job Description
- 5+ years of experience working in a data analytics role
Fluency in data analysis, including defining KPIs, statistical and predictive modeling, customer segmentation, and funnel analysis
Hands-on expertise with SQL, R/Python, and modeling techniques such as regression, classification, and time series
Ability to communicate insights clearly and link data findings to business impact
Strong business acumen and intellectual curiosity
Excellent problem-solving and end-to-end analytical thinking
Job Responsibilities
- Produce insights on business performance, KPI trends, and key drivers
Perform business analysis using statistical methods, data mining, and predictive modeling
Recommend best practices and develop actionable insights for business improvement
Generate ad hoc reports and conduct data discovery and quality checks
