Job Description
We are looking for a Technical Lead Full Stack (Java + React) with 5 to 8 years of strong experience in both frontend and backend technologies. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of JavaScript and ReactJS on the frontend, and Java 8 with Spring Framework on the backend. You will be responsible for leading full stack development, driving technical excellence, mentoring team members, and delivering scalable and secure web applications.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Frontend (ReactJS):
- Build responsive, high-performance UI using ReactJS and Redux or Context API.
- Implement clean, maintainable JavaScript (ES6) code.
- Design user interfaces with HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and preprocessors like SASS/LESS.
- Use tools like Webpack, Gulp, or Grunt for frontend build automation.
- Perform unit testing with Jest, Mocha, or Jasmine.
- Troubleshoot and resolve frontend issues in single-page applications (SPA).
Backend (Java + Spring):
- Develop REST APIs using Spring MVC and Spring Boot.
- Handle database operations using JDBC and Spring JDBC with SQL and PL/SQL.
- Integrate third-party APIs using Apache HTTPClient.
- Work on Java EE components including servlets, filters, and multipart handling.
- Use JSON and XML processing libraries like Jackson and JAXB.
Leadership:
- Guide and mentor junior developers.
- Perform code reviews and ensure best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for end-to-end delivery.
- Own technical solution design and architecture decisions.
