• Excellent communication skills
• Strong Interpersonal Skills such as Communication Skills, Active Listening Skills, and Customer Orientation Skills.
• Education: Graduate (any stream),preferably with a knowledge of Computer Science a related field

• Proficient in English (oral and written)
• Active listener with excellent communication skills.
• Prioritize Calls/Emails according to Urgency and Importance
