Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive Recruitment. The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day recruitment activities, managing HR operations, implementing HR policies, engaging in employee relations, and other HR-related activities. Collaborating with hiring managers to determine staffing needs. Ensure timely closure of requirement. Screening resumes Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates Administering appropriate company assessments Coordinating interviews with the. hiring managers Following up on the interview process status Serving as a liaison with area employment agencies, colleges, and industry associations Completing timely reports on employment activity Laptop inventory management The candidate would be working on the client premises under Talent Linked Consultancy payroll
