Job Description

We are a prominent financial consultancy, managements consultancy and outsourcing firm in India, dedicated to assisting businesses with tax, compliance, and financial strategies for entrepreneurial success. Responsibilities: Conduct financial analysis and provide strategic financial planning. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, financial policies, and legal regulations. Prepare, examine, and analyze financial records, statements, and reports. Oversee budgetary control and assist in budget preparation. Manage financial audits, coordinate with external auditors, and ensure timely completion. Evaluate financial procedures and recommend improvements. Monitor and implement effective internal controls. Analyze and interpret financial data for decision support. Provide financial advice on tax planning and investment strategies. Develop and maintain financial databases. Experience in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). Qualifications: . Chartered Accountant (CA) certification is mandatory. Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance. Skills and Competencies: Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient in using accounting software and MS Excel. Proficient in Excel, Tally, Zoho Books, and QuickBooks. Detail-oriented and able to meet tight deadlines. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Language should be in English, Malayalam. Immediate availability for joining. Leadership and team management skills
