Cluster head operation

Supervise and manage the overall operations within the assigned cluster, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

Implement and monitor operational policies, procedures, and best practices.

Lead and manage a team of operations staff, including branch operations managers and other operational support personnel.

Provide guidance, support, and training to ensure a high level of competence within the team.

Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in operations.

Implement initiatives to streamline processes and enhance overall operational effectiveness.

Implement and oversee risk management strategies to mitigate operational risks.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Work closely with customer service teams to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
