Job Description

 

  1. Required only Female Candidates with good personality and good English communication.
  2. Total Experience:- 2 to 4 yrs or Freshers would also do
  3. Work Timing:- 9:30 am to 6:30 pm 
  4. Monday to Friday ( only 5 days a week) 
  5. Handling reception & keeping it neat & attractive
  6. Attending phone calls for Corporate Office & sister concerns.
  7. Manage visitors & guests at Corporate Office
  8. Handling Board Room/ Conference Room Bookings
  9. Supervising the overall functioning of Pantries.
  10. Coordinating with Administrative Dept for administrative work.
  11. Liasoning with consultants for recruitments
  12. Preparation & Co-ordination of HR Interviews, Guiding Candidates on Form Filling
  13. Co-ordination of hotel Bookings/Travel arrangements
  14. Assisting in organizing activities for internal club
  15. Making BIRTHDAY, FESTIVALS, OTHERS POWER-POINT SLIDES.
  16. Checking IDs mail of the company accounts and send it to respective concern person.
  17. Making TELEPHONE COMPLAINT and sending Complaints mails.
  18. Job location South Mumbai.
