Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Call Center Customer Service Representative ( Night Shift) at Jenova Healthcare BPO in Madurai. The Call Center Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer service over the phone. The Call Center Customer Service Representative will also be responsible for booking appointments, Informing the status of lab results & Co-ordinating with patient & Drs., Qualifications Any Degree Ability to work in Night Shift Excellent communication skills, written and verbal Ability to speak English fluently and clearly Strong problem-solving and customer service skills Good computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with customer service software programs
