Job Description for Engineering (Projects) Coordinator (from Office) We are looking for a skilled Construction (Projects) Coordinator from Office who will coordinate between all stakeholders from planning to implementation. In this position, you will be responsible for coordinating and communicating with project stakeholders, managing project timelines, and ensuring that all work is completed as per schedule. Job Description Coordinate and oversee engineering projects from conception to completion Collect requirements & data from in-house department managers Communicate with client / on-site coordinators to arrange for the requested data. Follow up with client for timly reminders regarding requested data. Communicate with contractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure timely completion Ensure that client, in-house team & on-site team are working with the correct. data. Prepare and submit project status reports to management and other stakeholders Resolve any project-related issues or conflicts that may arise Act as the communication bridge between on-site & off-site team Key Skills Proven experience as a engineering & construction projects coordinator or similar role In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles Ability to plan and see the "big picture" Excellent organizational and time-management skills Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities Excellent problem-solving ability A team player with leadership skills BE in construction management, architecture, engineering or relevant field Proven experience working on construction projects Knowledge of building codes and regulations Experience in project management software Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail PMP certification is an advantage Ability to work independently and in a team environment Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: 50,000.00 - 60,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: Mogappair, Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Experience: total work: 10 years (Preferred) Speak with the employer +91-XXXXXXXXXX Application Deadline: 02/11/2023 Expected Start Date: 02/11/2023
