Job Description

Position : Sales Head-Software Engineering Services Job Location : Pune Experience : 15+ Years Qualification : B.E / M.E / B.Tech / M.Tech / M.B.A. Role & Responsibilities: Building solid relationships with customers, delivery as well as sales and marketing teams. Own & drive complex engagements across customer organization & key stakeholders. Experience in handling P&L for Software Engineering business. Identify and develop new business opportunities for the Software Engineering Business. Guide the process of identifying international customers and developing business opportunities. Work closely with delivery leadership and cross-functional management team members to drive and implement corporate strategy and long-range planning based on current portfolio opportunities and risks, and organizational capabilities. Research emerging trends and recommend new company offerings to satisfy customers needs. Lead IP & Product Development initiatives. Develop and manage. strategic partnerships to grow business. Present business or marketing opportunities to company executives and management. Participate in collaborative business meetings to update key stakeholders. Support the overall process of management and corporate decision-making to ensure the organization maximizes its short, medium, and long-term profitability and ROI. Eligibility/Desired Experience: Exposure to CAD/Engineering/ PLM software related experience. Experience of working on projects /products relevant to Architecture/Engineering/Construction/Manufacturing segments. A Hands-on experience with Technologies like AI/ML, Generative Design, AR/VR, IoT, Cloud, mobility would be an added benefit. Proficient in managing end-to-end marketing, business development, sales & commercial activities for products with end-to-end P&L accountability; determined business units mission & strategic direction; formulated and implemented tactical initiatives as well as strategic plans for achieving corporate goals
