We are hiring a Senior C++ Developer with strong hands-on experience in MFC/VC++ on the Windows platform. This role involves developing and maintaining Windows desktop applications, utilities, and tools with hardware interfacing, third-party SDK integration, and secure transaction workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop high-performance Windows applications using MFC and Visual C++.
  
• Build GUI-based tools and utilities for device communication, diagnostics, and configuration.
  
• Work with Win32 APIs, RS232/USB protocols, and multi-threaded applications.
  
• Integrate third-party APIs/SDKs with custom extensions and callback mechanisms.
  
• Perform debugging, performance optimization, and root cause analysis.
  
• Ensure code quality, security compliance, and version control using Git/SVN.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, Backend, Security) on feature integration.
  

Required Skills:

• Strong programming skills in C++ (OOP, STL).
  
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in MFC/VC++ Windows desktop development.
  
• Experience with Win32 APIs, threads, IPC, and device-level programming (RS232/USB).
  
• Proficient in Visual Studio IDE and debugging tools (e.g., WinDbg, Process Explorer).
  
• Familiarity with Git, SVN, and Agile methodologies.
  
• Exposure to security protocols, certificates, and encryption is a plus.
  

Education:

• B.E./B.Tech / M.E./M.Tech in Computer Science, Electronics, or related field.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in creating tools for hardware integration or diagnostics.
  
• Knowledge of secure coding practices (e.g., PKI, encryption).
  
• Exposure to C# or Java-based service integration (REST/SOAP) is a plus.
