We are looking for graduate and postgraduate freshers who are enthusiastic, confident, and eager to build their careers in customer interaction and support roles.

Job Roles and responsibilities:

Handle recruiters queries through inbound and outbound calls.
Provide accurate information and resolve issues efficiently to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Maintain call records and follow communication protocols.
6-day working schedule with rotational weekly offs; Saturdays are Work From Home.
