Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets through key account management, new business development, and corporate sales.
  • Manage a portfolio of existing clients to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, resulting in increased revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer success to drive sales enablement and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions on hunting new business opportunities.

Job Requirements :

  • 2-6 years of experience in B2B sales or related field (e.g., enterprise software).
  • Proven track record in client acquisition, retention, and revenue generation.
  • Strong understanding of the IT services & consulting industry landscape.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
