We are looking for Manufacturing Domain Experience :- 20 years only Designation : VP - CS JD : The role will oversee the secretarial function of the organization. Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, corporate governance, management of the Board of directors and committee meetings and addressing shareholder concerns in a timely manner. Reporting to the regulatory bodies in compliance with listing guidelines. Keeping up to date with any regulatory or statutory changes and policies that might affect the organization. Ensuring that policies are up to date and approved.
