Role Description We're looking for a Freelance Business Development Manager in staffing and recruitment who will be responsible for bringing new business opportunities. The successful candidate will work closely with the recruitment team to identify potential clients and establish relationships with them. The role involves generating leads, ensuring successful closures, meeting targets, and delivering results. This is a remote role. Qualifications A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Business development or Sales, preferably in the staffing and recruitment industry Proven track. record of generating leads, closing deals, and meeting targets Excellent communication and negotiation skills Experience in dealing with clients across domains and geographical locations Good understanding of recruitment business models, recruitment technologies, and the competitive landscape Ability to work independently and within a team environment A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field
