Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Pune. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. The role also requires maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and ensuring customer satisfaction. Qualifications Excellent customer service skills, including Customer Service, Customer Experience, and Customer Satisfaction Strong communication skills, including Customer Support and the ability to maintain a. positive tone with customers Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records of customer interactions Experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus
