Outlook Configuration & Office 365 configuration & Troubleshooting

Installing Windows

Troubleshooting Network connectivity in a LAN/WAN environment

Printer Installation and Troubleshooting of both local and network printers

Virus remediation by Antivirus installation and patch updates implementation

Providing End user support . Supporting both Hardware and software process

Performing Preventative maintenance activities for every 6 months to monitor the asset details for Desktop
