Job Description

We are currently hiring for the role of Workforce Management Analyst (WFM) at our office located in Kisan Nagar, Wagle Estate Thane West.

Position: Workforce Management Analyst (WFM)
Experience: 1+ years (BPO experience preferred)
Location: Thane West Candidates from nearby areas preferred
Shift: Rotational shifts (5-day working, day shifts)

Key Responsibilities:

        Forecasting, scheduling, and staffing

        Real-Time Monitoring and performance reporting

        Data analysis and process improvement

        Using WFM tools and advanced Excel for reports

 Must-Have Skills:
WFM software proficiency, strong Excel skills, multitasking ability and excellent communication.
