Job Description

  • Recruit Agency Leaders
  • Develop ALs through Coaching, Training, Team Management Support etc.
  • Recruitment of new agents through Agency Leaders
  • Work with the ALs to drive recruitment of new agents.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Any graduates with minimum 1 4 years of Life Insurance Agencychannel experience
  • Sales Experience in Insurance, Banking or in Finance is preferable.
  • Team handling experience is not mandatory
