Purpose of the Role We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Business Intelligence Analyst specializing in the Financial Services sector. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of financial data analysis, modeling, and reporting. They will play a vital role in supporting strategic decision-making processes within our organization by providing actionable insights derived from financial data analysis. Key Responsibilities Financial Data Analysis: Analyze large volumes of financial data to identify trends, anomalies, and key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to the Financial Services industry. Data Modeling: Develop and maintain intricate financial data models that facilitate comprehensive analysis and reporting. Ensure accuracy and reliability of financial data models. Reporting and Visualization: Create detailed and insightful financial reports and dashboards using Business Intelligence tools. Present financial data in a visually compelling manner, making. it easy for stakeholders to understand complex financial insights. Performance Metrics: Develop and monitor financial performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of financial strategies and initiatives. Provide recommendations for improvements based on data analysis. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, marketing, and operations, to understand their data needs and provide timely, accurate, and relevant financial insights. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and assist in risk assessment by analyzing financial data for potential risks and opportunities. Qualification Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. Master's degree preferred. Strong experience in financial data analysis, modeling, and reporting within the Financial Services industry. Advanced skills in SQL, Excel, and statistical analysis. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into understandable insights for stakeholders
