Job Title: Universal Trainer


Location: Hyderabad, India (Permanent Work From Office - WFO)


Shift: Flexible Working Shifts


Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent


About the Role:


We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Universal Trainer to join our team in Hyderabad. This role demands a highly skilled individual capable of delivering comprehensive training across a range of subjects, including process workflows, email etiquette, sentence structure, grammar, and specialized process topics. The ideal candidate will be adept at creating engaging training content, conducting thorough training needs analysis, and leveraging AI tools to enhance training efficiency. Proficiency in Google products (Ads, YouTube, Social Media Marketing) and prior experience on Google projects are highly desirable.


Responsibilities:


  • Training Delivery

Conduct engaging and effective training sessions on process workflows, email etiquette, sentence structure, grammar, and other designated process topics.

Adapt training delivery methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and ensure knowledge retention.

Facilitate interactive workshops, presentations, and hands-on exercises.

Manage New hire training, process floor refreshers, BQ training and ensure a conducive learning environment.


  • Content Development:

Develop and maintain comprehensive training materials, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), training decks, and documentation.

Utilize AI tools to create and refine training content, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.

Ensure all training materials are accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with company standards.


  • Process Expertise:

Gain and maintain in-depth knowledge of relevant processes and procedures.

Clearly communicate complex process information to trainees.

Identify process improvement opportunities and provide constructive feedback.


  • Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and Training Needs Identification (TNI):

Conduct thorough TNA and TNI to identify training gaps and develop targeted training solutions.

Analyze data to assess training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

Conduct data analysis and reporting using google sheets and google slides.


  • Google Products and Social Media:

Demonstrate a strong understanding of Google Ads, YouTube, and other social media marketing products and services.

Prior experience on google projects is a strong advantage.


  • Communication and Client Interaction:

Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Effectively communicate with trainees, stakeholders, and clients.

Provide timely and accurate feedback and support.

Client facing experience is required.


  • Reporting and Analysis:

Generate regular reports on training activities and outcomes.

Analyze training data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Proficiently use Google Sheets and Slides for data analysis and reporting.


Required Skills and Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience as a trainer, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Strong understanding of process workflows, email etiquette, sentence structure, and grammar.
  • Proficiency in creating SOPs, training content decks, and documentation.
  • Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools for content creation.
  • Have regular meetings with Operations and HR to ensure inter department coordination and communication.
  • Participate in client calls regarding updates on new products and development
  • Mentor new instructors on subject matter and course delivery techniques for assigned technical courses
  • Experience conducting TNA and TNI.
  • RCA - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides).
  • Knowledge of Google Ads, YouTube, and social media marketing products and services.
  • Client facing experience.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts.

Minimum work experience : At least 6+ years of experience in Domain Training, preferably social media marketing (Only in international business environment)


Preferred Qualifications:


  • Prior experience working on Google projects.
  • Certification in training or instructional design.
