Job Title: E-commerce Specialist Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Specialist with 1 to 2 years of experience in Shopify. As an E-commerce Manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our online store to drive sales and enhance the customer experience. This role requires a strong understanding of Shopify, as well as knowledge of e-commerce best practices and digital marketing strategies and Dropshipping. Roles And Responsibilities Manage and maintain our Shopify-based online store, ensuring all products are accurately listed, prices are up to date, and inventory levels are properly managed. Optimize the website's user experience, including navigation, search functionality, and checkout process, to maximize conversion rates and minimize cart abandonment. Implement and manage digital marketing campaigns on Facebook Business Manager, including email marketing, social media advertising, and search engine optimization (SEO. to drive traffic and increase sales. Monitor and analyze website performance using Google Analytics and other relevant tools, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance overall performance. Collaborate with the design and content teams to create compelling product descriptions, images, and promotional materials that align with our brand and attract customers. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce, WordPress, and digital marketing, and make recommendations for continuous improvement. Provide support to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues related to online purchases. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and IT, to ensure seamless integration and alignment of online and offline initiatives. Qualifications 1 to 3 years of experience in managing e-commerce websites, preferably using Shopify. Strong knowledge of Shopify and Wordpress including familiarity with plugins and themes. Proficiency in digital marketing strategies, including email marketing, social media advertising, and SEO. Experience with Google Analytics or similar tools to track website performance and make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Strong analytical and quantitative skills. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred.
