:- 1.Handling the customer queries over inbound calls. 2.Resolving customer queries and concerns over time. 3.Assisting customer if they are facing a problem and troubleshooting it. 4.Ensuring the customer has a positive experience with the company. Requirement:- 1.Graduate & Undergraduate both can apply. 2.Minimum 6 months of experience in International process. 3.Excellent communication skills. 4.Technical support experience can add an advantage.
