Job Description

Process vendor invoices accurately and timely to ensure all payments are made within the due dates. This involves verifying invoice details against purchase orders and contracts.
Review and resolve discrepancies between invoices and purchase orders by liaising with vendors and internal departments to ensure the accuracy of transactions.
Maintain organized records of all invoices and related documentation for easy retrieval and audit purposes, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards.
Perform regular reconciliations of accounts payable transactions to ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial records.
Assist in the preparation of accounts payable reports and analyses to provide insights into spending patterns and vendor performance.
Communicate effectively with vendors regarding billing inquiries, discrepancies, and payment confirmations to maintain positive relationships and resolve issues promptly.
Collaborate with the finance team to support month-end closing activities by providing necessary documentation and information related to payables.
