Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the full recruitment cycle for various positions, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and requirements. Lead, mentor, and support a team of 3-4 recruitment professionals, setting clear goals and expectations, and providing regular feedback. Implement innovative sourcing strategies and techniques to build a pipeline of qualified candidates. Utilize recruitment metrics to inform and refine recruitment strategies. Provide consulting and guidance on recruitment best practices to the business. Stay abreast of trends and innovative recruiting techniques to be competitive in state-of-the-art recruiting practices. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 3-6 years of experience in core recruitment, preferably within a consulting and. corporate environment. Proven track record of handling clients and vendors effectively. Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team. Strong understanding of the entire recruitment process. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
