Job Description

Hi All,

We are urgent Hiring for Hr. Recruiter for Chandigarh location location. 

Roles and Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job
descriptions and specifications.
Utilize various sourcing strategies, including job boards, social media, professional
networks, and referrals, to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
Screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates that meet the job
requirements and organizational fit.
Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit
within the company.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
Conduct reference checks and background screenings to verify candidates'
qualifications and work history.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations throughout the recruitment
process.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and other
talent acquisition sources.
Stay updated on industry trends, recruitment best practices, and changes in
employment legislation.
Assist in conducting new employee orientations and onboarding activities.
Provide support in other HR-related tasks and projects,
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in HR or related field.
Proven work experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role.
Solid understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes and best practices.
Strong sourcing skills and experience utilizing various recruitment channels.
Excellent interviewing and assessment abilities to evaluate candidates' qualifications
and fit.

Ability to build strong relationships and effectively communicate with hiring
managers, candidates, and external partners.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple
priorities and meet deadlines.
Proactive and results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality
recruitment outcomes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems would be preferred.
Willing to work on Weekends, must be career-oriented.
