Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Actively seek out and engage potential clients to sell health insurance products.
Conduct needs analysis and provide appropriate product recommendations.
Educate clients on policy details including coverage, premiums, terms, and claims process.
Maintain knowledge of all insurance products, industry trends, and regulatory changes.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships to foster customer loyalty and referrals.
Achieve or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and client documentation.
Collaborate with underwriters and customer service representatives to ensure smooth policy issuance and servicing.
Participate in promotional events, campaigns, or seminars to increase brand visibility.
