Job Objective: Objective of this role is to provide smooth post-sales experience to the clients via coordinating with multiple departments to ensure progress and updates on the agreed:


Role & responsibilities:

  • Handling calls (inbound calling process) for already acquired HNI clients with post-sales handholding and deliverables
  • Understanding the client's campaign and coordinating the same with various internal stakeholders including design, product, operations etc. to ensure smooth functionality of the advertisement product / online listing
  • Creating a high trust value proposition and making clients understand the various product offerings and the functionalities of the 99acres website
  • Solving queries related to optimum usage of opted services with quality inputs and providing resolution within the defined TAT
  • Coordinating with other departments daily and following up with them diligently
  • Working on different CRM's and reporting tools ensuring productivity and quality standards are being met as expected

Preferred candidate profile:

  • Ability to handle 50-60 inbound calls a day
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Flexibility with rotational offs
  • Client handling skills
  • Interpersonal skills

Desired Skills:


  • 6 months - 2 years of prior working experience in handling customers within voice / inbound processes
  • Good with MS office to capture and understand customer feedback in real time
  • Knowledge of various online property portals
