Job Description
We are looking for freshers to join our Finance and Accounts Team.
Experience: 0-1 Year (Fresher)
Shift : 4.00pm to 1.00am
Location : InfoPark, Kochi
Mode : Work from office
Responsibilites:
- Assist in managing Accounts Payable (AP) including processing vendor invoices and payments
- Support Accounts Receivable (AR) by preparing customer invoices and following up on collections
- Help maintain the General Ledger (GL) by recording journal entries and reconciliations
- Perform bank reconciliations and petty cash management
- Maintain accurate financial records and support month-end closing activities
- Assist in preparing financial reports and statements
- Support audit preparations and ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards
- Collaborate with internal teams to collect and verify financial data
- Use accounting software and MS Excel for data entry and reporting
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Basic knowledge of AP, AR, and GL functions is preferred
- Familiarity with accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, or SAP is a plus
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in MS Excel and other MS Office applications
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Willingness to learn and take on multiple finance functions
