Site supervisors conduct work conferences with workers and other personnel. They also determine the work schedule, which has to include a balance between labor and machine hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review construction plans, specifications, and schedules to understand project requirements.
• Coordinate and communicate with project managers, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure that materials, equipment, and labor are available and scheduled appropriately.

On-Site Supervision:

• Supervise and direct construction crews and subcontractors, providing guidance and instructions as necessary.
• Monitor work progress to ensure it aligns with project timelines and quality standards.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment for all workers.

Quality Assurance:

• Conduct regular inspections to verify that work is performed according to plans and quality standards.
• Address any deviations from specifications and work with the team to make necessary corrections.
• Maintain detailed records of inspections and work progress.
